Yr 2001....
The yr they met...
They could have been together as early as 2001... but he lacked the courage to overcome the obstacles that were between them... They made a promise that in future, if they still had feelings for each other when they met again... they would be together... n so.. they went on with their lives in different directions...

Phone calls as well as msgs between them became lesser n lesser as times goes by... they hardly met up...
She thought: " He must have forgotten abt me... n got a new love..."
She never knew that he too thought that she had forgotten him.... so he decide not to ponder over the past anymore...

Soon, he met a girl... a sweet n nice girl... undoubtly.. he fell for her and they got together... God must be playing on them... when he later found out that his new gf is actually friends with her...
For a few weeks.. images of her kept flashing in his mind... the times they spent together, the things they did together. His mind may have long forgotten abt her.. but his heart never really did... however.. since they have lost contact.. that period soon ended.. and he din ponder over the past again...

But.. he din know that the girl was devasted when she found out that he had a new gf... she cried every night.. thinking of their memories... thinking of their promise... she thought of all means to fight n snatch him back... but din have the courage to do so. In the end.... she wished them all the best....

A year later... the girl found herself a new love... but deep in her heart... she was hoping that this news will reach him.. and got his attention and have him return to her side again.... but best wishes were all she received in the end.. so she decided to put all her heart into this new relationship..

The guy received the news from their common friends...
It may sounds ridiculous but he felt a pinch in his heart when he heard this. It seemed to be regrets or jealousy... but he didn't know exactly... believing that she had found herself a new love... he wished her all the best....

2 years later... in 2003..
Things were not going well for the girl n her bf... apparently... the bf mistreated her... news spread fast... n the guy heard of it. His heart sank.. he always thought that she was having a happy life since she had found that someone who loved her. Reality din't turned out as it was... he thought.. "if i were her bf, i would love her and never make her cry", but then again.. he was the one who din't have the courage to be with her and eventually breaking her heart when he choose to go separate ways in life....

Maybe it was fate.... the guy fell out of relationship soon after the girl had broken up with her bf....

On 25th May 2003, an invitation from her reached him.. it was her birthday celebration at Sentosa.. He wanted to turn it down, as he did not know how to face her after all that happened in the last two years. However, regrets from the past gave him a dilemma.. he wasn't sure if he still loves her.. but he had the urge to see her again.. n wanted to ask her if she still remembers their promise 2 yrs ago...
So he went in the end....

It seemed like the girl had gotten over her unsuccessful relationship... it also seemed to him that she had long given up their promise which they made 2 years back... She came with a guy... not her ex-bf but a guy whom both of them had knew together 2 yrs ago.. He felt disheartened as his little hope to be with her again had vanished. At the same time, he felt relieved as he never had to worry abt her again. It may be the reason that he enjoyed his day at Sentosa even though he din't have a chance to ask if she still remembers their promise.

The girl was delighted to see him again... sorrow began to fill her heart, she urged to have a private moment with him.. to ask whether he still remembers the promise they made 2 yrs ago... but all these things were pushed to her back of mind... as she thought he wouldn't have remember since he had gotten himself a gf. So she focus all her attention on her new crush.. ... however, she remembers that the guy had proposed to her during one of his game forfeit.. she smiled sweetly in her heart n only hoped this had happened 2 yrs ago instead of now.

A few weeks later... the guy was surprised to hear that the girl's crush got attached. He wouldn't dare to think if this was his chance as he wasn't sure if she still remembers their promise, not to mention if she still feels anything for him.

Nevertheless, they met up on a few occasions as friends... but they din't brought up their past.. till this day... during their usual meet up.. they poured out all the feelings which they had been keeping inside their hearts all these years.

He feel his heart smiling when she told him she hadn't forgotten abt their promise all this while.. inside her heart, she had been quietly waiting. "So do i" he thought...

It was fate....

On 25th Sep 2003, their hands finally held on again after more than 2 yrs of waiting.. he told himself, "She's the one i love... and we'll never part again..." They decided to walk down the journey of life together...

One yr have passed... n their love is still standing strong...
On this day.. the girl whispered to the guy, "Will you grow old along with me?" The guy smiled n hugged the girl... for in his heart.. the girl will always be his little princess... n they would be together forever.... just like the prince n the princess in fairytales.... Happily ever after....

It's been raining all day long.. nice to snuggle up in bed n slp... n a warm cup of soup to drink.... hMmmm...
Down with fever, flu and cough... but it's good too.. i can finally have a good rest before my life become a hectic one again.
Working life sucks... or it's because i can't manage my time well... it seems like my life is a routine... work.. eat .. slp... hiak..
I miss all my friends.... miss going out with them.... =(

Politics flew ard my workplace again... though it does not involved me... it onli tells mi to tk more precaution when working with them next time... so i must learn things fast n get excellent record... so that my position will not be threatened... hiak... i m turning old...... -____-"""
